The Petes' theme for the 2022 Playoffs is #AlwaysAThreat as the Petes lead the CHL in shorthanded goals. Although entering the first round as an underdog, the team has shown how strong they can be, especially in the second half of the season. Don't forget to wear your official 2022 Petes Playoff t-shirt, featuring the team slogan #AlwaysAThreat. Shirts are available at the Petes Store while supplies last. 

Important details have recently changed. Please review the below information before the game and share this page with anyone who is attending.  Please double check that you are giving out and using the correct ticket for the corresponding game.

Here's everything you need to know before you go: 

Ticket Information

Tickets for these games were issued at the original time of purchase. If you cannot locate your tickets, please call the Grant Thornton Box Office at 705-743-3561. Please ensure you are bringing the correct ticket to the game as you may have received others as well. 

• Digital Ticket Delivery:

  • Your digital tickets for this game were emailed to you from  [email protected]  as a PDF attached to the email.  If you do not see the tickets in your inbox, please check your Junk Folder. If you still do not see your tickets, please call the Grant Thornton Box Office at 705-743-3561. 

  • The Box Office will be open as of 9:30 AM on April 27th and April 28th for assistance.

• Please open the PDF ticket in the email and review the event information to ensure you are bringing the correct ticket with you to the game. 

• You can present your tickets on your mobile device or print your tickets at home.

Game Day Arrival Checklist

For a smooth and seamless entry into the game, review and follow these simple steps:

1. Arrive early and head directly to the gate suggested on your ticket .

   • Gates will open one hour before the game. 

2. Review the PMC Conditions of Entry and be prepared for bag search. 

3. Scan in your ticket and enjoy the game!

Please note, per new Provincial regulations you will no longer need to present proof of full vaccination upon arrival to the game. Face coverings are highly encouraged. The PMC has always and will continue to follow all instructions given by Peterborough Public Health and the Province.

Approved Face Coverings

• You are encouraged to wear an approved face covering at all times, unless eating or drinking. 

• Please reference the Peterborough Public Health list of approved face coverings for more information. 

• Face shields and face masks will continue to be available for sale through the Box Office. 

During the Game

• We strongly encourage you to stay in your assigned seat at all times, with the exception of leaving to access the washrooms, purchase food and beverage, or in case of an emergency. 

• If you are unhappy with your seating location for any reason, please visit the usher assigned to your section or our Guest Experience Desk in the north lobby and our staff will try their best to accommodate you. 

• All concessions will be open for fans to purchase food and beverage during the game. Please note, due to enhanced regulations and supply chain issues, some regular items may be impacted or unavailable.

• The restaurant will be open 1 hour before gates open for reservations. Reservations can be made by calling 705-930-7466. 

• Per Peterborough Public Health guidelines, water refill stations are open for use during the game. You are permitted to bring empty refillable water bottles to the game and can refill them. Our concessions will continue to stock and sell bottled water for those who prefer to purchase it. 

Other Important Details

• No re-entry is permitted after you have entered the gates. If you leave the building for any reason, you will not be permitted to enter again.  

  • Fans wishing to leave the building to smoke will not be allowed back in per the re-entry policy. The PMC is a smoke-free building. 

• On-site parking is available during the game for $5.00 per car cash only. Parking will begin one hour before gates. 

• Please follow all floor markings at the gate and inside the arena to maintain physical distancing and prevent congestion in common spaces. 

• Understanding you don't want to miss a moment of the action, you can now text the Guest Experience Desk directly from your seat with any questions that may arise during the game. Text 705-760-2390 and within minutes you will receive a response from our Guest Experience team.
